Location: the hotel was close enough to the center of the old part of the city, the main pedestrian street and great restaurants. Enjoyed to spend 1 day in our neat king room with a sensational view and fan, for instance. The atmosphere created was QUIET.

the personnel was extremely friendly offered me a spotlessly clean and bright room with nice view and fan, for example. the food was fresh - a wide range of options.

The location was perfect for visiting the Friedrichsbad and the Casino. We loved the family atmosphere and the detailed service. Free high-speed WLAN was a nice touch, too!
The parking was limited and required assistance from staff, a bit inconvenient at times.

Absolutely NOT worth the cost!!! Air conditioning would have been a blessing during the heat wave!!! A fridge in the room is a basic necessity!!! Poor quality coffee maker reflects a budget approach!!! Outdated carpets are off-putting!!!

The air conditioning was sadly non-existent, unacceptable in this dreadful heat. The so-called complimentary coffee was just awful, you couldn't even brew it properly. I would have hoped for at least a small gesture like a room upgrade, but I guess that's too much to ask. Almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't.

Location was perfectly central, tucked away in a quiet spot. My Double Room was clean and cozy with a tv and a private bathroom. The breakfast was a highlight, delicious with lots of choice, and the handmade yogurt was a treat. Free tea and coffee availability is a nice perk too!
